About Us
My how, why and what of where I am today…
I’m a former senior leader turned entrepreneur who loves few things more than a good dog walk in the countryside, hopping on a flight to anywhere, and teaching women like you how to discover and live their version of success.
I’ve had a squiggly career path and seen a lot, but a common theme and passion in my work and life has been helping women find the confidence to be themselves.
I’m a committed joy seeker who believes that the best way to enjoy a thriving life is to heal the life-leader behind the scenes (that’s you!).
I have learned a lot on my journey to self-leadership. I’m not going to tell you I’m rich or powerful, but I can honestly say that I live a life of freedom and joy today. I had doubts that I would ever feel this way.
Now I know that having the courage to go on a voyage of self-discovery to build an unstoppable mindset has been the secret to me finding my version of success.
It’s crazy, but within three years, I turned my passion into an income stream that supports the life I love. I’ve discovered, through coaching over 1,000 women, the “secret sauce” for building a successful life. As much as I love coaching clients, I want to do more.
I have a deep desire to reach more women to help them live the life they deserve
Heres to the next chapter..
I’ve learned that following a few important steps will deeply influence how much success and happiness you’ll be able to create in your life. Questions like… What’s your mindset on money and success? What limiting beliefs or insecurities have been following you around your whole life? Which patterns did you inherit from your early life that might now be holding you back?
See, my job is to help women like you lead yourselves and to help you reset those limiting beliefs and patterns that are keeping you stuck and small. There’s no more hiding here, friend. Around these parts, I’ll be sharing my best coaching secrets, as well as helping you cultivate a life of true freedom, purpose, and fun.
THAT’S BECAUSE SUCCESS starts with working on you.

About Me
I have a strong focus on supporting women in their journey towards personal and professional development. It is an honour for me to partner with women on this journey, whether they are transitioning careers, seeking a promotion, or developing skills as effective leaders. I take pride in identifying strategies that can help build positive habits and achieve lasting results.
I have extensive experience as an entrepreneur in various fields, including educational leadership, financial and pharmaceutical sales, as well as managing my own businesses and properties. While I am often seen as a natural leader, I believe in adopting a strengths-based approach that helps me identify the strengths of other women and use them to benefit both the team and the individual. My philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person. With my diverse experience, I understand that when you connect with your values and passions, your life’s purpose becomes clear and pursuing it becomes a joy. This is what motivated me to pursue internationally recognised coaching qualifications several years ago. I have coached women ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to CEOs in large organisations, and I find the sense of fulfilment I get from supporting women on their journey to success truly awe-inspiring.
My coaching style can be best described as positive, growth-oriented, and impactful. I strongly believe in promoting a growth mindset to positively impact personal transitions. Evidence-based coaching is something that particularly interests me, and I am a strong advocate of Martin Seligman’s work on positive psychology. I believe that coaching has a significant role to play in personal fulfilment and well-being. Moreover, I am of the opinion that every woman deserves to be happy in her work, and coaching can help women align with their core motivations and develop the ability to be adaptable in an ever-changing technological landscape.
WHO SAYS YOU CAN’T HAVE IT ALL?
The next stage of my journey is to democratise coaching so that everyone has a chance to learn the strategies, tactics and tips that I use to help my clients achieve their desired outcomes.
